Tasks :

• Assign jobs to drivers
• Follow the delay of delivery for each of your driver
• Coach and guide the drivers
• Give clear instructions and well communicate with drivers
• Road spot check

Skills :

• Communicate in French
• DEC logistic (transport, dispatch) (asset);
• Very well knowledge of Quebec City;
• Autonomy, willing to learn;
• Sense of organization and planning
• Great capacity for teamwork and working under pressure
• Ease to work on different software
• Good adaptation to changes
