Main responsabilities

  • Enter client calls in our software and make data entries
  • Edit calls in progress
  • Answer information demands from clients about calls in progress
  • Send invoices periodically
  • Digitize delivery bills when required
  • Close calls in progress when they are done
  • Conduct proof of delivery searches
  • Give customers our 'catalog' prices

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a telephonist
  • Pertinent experience in customer service
  • Resourcefulness, continuous willingness to learn, autonomy
  • Person focused on customer service and satisfaction
  • Great ability to work in teams and under pressure
  • Good adaptability to change
  • Capacity to solve problems quickly
  • Great ease with computer systems and programs
  • Versatile, disciplined and organized person
  • Sense of organisation and planification
  • Bilinguism (french, english) an asset
  • Flexibility in terms of work schedule
